A process you can run on one decision
Most advisory firms want a long engagement. We would rather earn the second project by doing the first one well. Bring us a single decision, an internet contract that is up for renewal, a Microsoft bill that keeps growing, a managed IT provider you are not sure about, and we run it end to end.
You stay in control the whole way. We never sign anything on your behalf, we never hold your contracts and we never take a fee from you. The vendor you choose pays a referral commission to Level2, which is the same commission they would otherwise keep or pay to a reseller.
What you get at the end
Every evaluation closes with a short written recommendation. It says which option we would choose, why, what it costs over the term and what we would push back on in the contract. It is yours to keep whether or not you buy.
- A shortlist of three vendors that fit, not a list of twenty
- Like for like pricing, collected by us so nobody is anchoring you
- A plain language recommendation you can share internally
- Negotiated terms, with the auto renewal and uplift clauses called out
- Support through implementation and a reminder 90 days before the next renewal
The four steps
The whole cycle usually takes two to four weeks depending on how fast the vendors move. You spend an hour or two of your own time across the entire process.
Assess
A 45 minute call on what you have today, what it costs and what is not working. We leave with a list of what to evaluate and what to leave alone.
Evaluate
We shortlist three vendors, sit in on every demo with you, and gather the pricing and the contract terms so you are comparing the same thing.
Decide
We hold a proposal review without the vendors in the room, negotiate the final numbers and terms, and you sign directly with the vendor.
Support
We stay on the implementation calls, escalate when something stalls, and log the renewal date so it never surprises you again.
